"Bring 'em home."

A quick post.

I just saw Springsteen perform "Devils and Dust" on the Grammy Awards. Powerful.

Had the footage been in black and white, I might have thought I was watching D.A. Pennebaker's "Don't Look Back". Springsteen, as usual, played and sang every note as if it would be his last.

After the applause at the end of the song, Springsteen leaned back into the microphone and said, "Bring 'em home."

Bruce, maybe someday they will get the message.
